Worm Farms
Road Scholar is a very worthwhile organization. Today was exceptional from the morning walk where I learned how to create a worm farm, felt lamb's ear, sucked on a sassafras leaf, and saw tillage radishes. To our trip to Antietam learning of the devastation there in 1862. To a visit to a local dairy farm where I enjoyed the ice cream but was troubled by the milking procedure. To walking around the MLK and FDR monuments in DC and ending up sorting thru strawberries for three hours in the DC Central Kitchen so that 5000 people could have fresh strawberries to eat in the morning. It's time for bed and time to write more another day.
